We primarily specialise in Insurance related Fire and Flood building restoration works. We have a highly experienced team in Fire and Flood Damage Repair and Restoration for buildings, homes and businesses.

We are approved by Major Insurance Companies and are specialist local builders with over 30 years experience. Our projects range from small building works to larger premises and maintenance contracts. We work closely with restoration companies who clean and dry Fire and Flood damaged properties. We would normally carry out the initial strip out and removal works, which in turn facilitates the drying of the premises. Once dry we return and restore the property back to its original condition or often improving it.

We have many years experience and employ highly skilled full time tradesmen to carry out repair and restoration works, we are qualified to carry out all areas of plumbing and electrical work and we are also approved and affiliated with SMAS a safe working management system. We have a dedicated team who deal with Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Management Companies and of course the clients, who we provide with comprehensive and accurate estimates of repair cost.

We work with a number of long standing approved Sub Contractor Partners.

FENSA Approved

FENSA certificate ensures that the installer who fitted your windows or doors has complied with Building Regulations and your installation(s) will be registered with the Local Council. And the Installer's guarantee is insured.

Registered Waste Carrier

We are registered with government's environment agency to collect, carry and dispose the construction and demolition waste and ensure that the hazardous or toxic waste is properly recycled, recovered or disposed of.

SMAS Certified

Health & safety to clients is one of our top priorities. We have health & safety accreditation through SMAS and recognised by the other SSIP members. We comply with all the regulations and offer high level of customer service.

ICO Registered

We are registered with Information Commissioner's Office(ICO) and fully adhere to all the regulations that apply to the business, have fair and transparent system and diligently follow the Data Protection Act.

Gas Safe Certified

We are Gas Safe certified which is the Government Endorsed Standards for all service providers dealing in Gas appliances. We service, fit and thoroughly check the safety measures of your gas appliances.

Indemnity Insurance

We have professional Indemnity Insurance of £100,000.00, Employer Liability Insurance of £10,000,000, Public liability insurance of £5,000,000. We evaluate all sub contractors.

NICEIC’s Approved

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) Approved Contractors are assessed to the highest standards covering all types of electrical contractors and installations.

VAT Registered

RM Build Services Ltd. is registered for VAT and follow fair and transparent business practices with strong financial records. Our accounts are audited each year.
