We recently completed works to small fire damaged cottage in Cornwall, the property was a tenanted premises and due to fire a in the kitchen there was extensive damage throughout. Our team completely removed and disposed of the interior of the property before decontamination and cleaning could take place, this in turn also led to the discovery of a structural issue which was remedied by ourselves in conjunction with advice from Martin Perry Associates (Structural Engineers and Surveyors) after the above works had taken place we continued to restore the property back to its former glory with some improvements built in.
